Swabhaavam

At Swabhaavam we believe strongly that happiness, peace and empowerment is innate nature of all creatures, including human beings. Due to various flaws in our parenting and schooling or due to influences of societal norms, and sometimes through unpleasant circumstances, we pick up belief systems that block this free flow of energy. The block then reduces our day to day efficiency  and thereby causing lack of motivation and sometimes sadness. This can also be the underlying cause of many chronic illnesses too.
